- Assess the patient's medical history, allergies, and overall health to ensure they are suitable candidates for cosmetic treatments.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans based on their desired outcomes.
- Proficient in keeping medical records/charts and knowledge on electronic medical records (EMR).
- Able to build your own client base through ongoing relationships.
- Ensure proper preparation, cleaning, and numbing of the treatment area.
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions during and after the procedure.
- Provide post-treatment care instructions and support.
- Adhere to all relevant medical regulations, guidelines, and protocols.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in lip augmentation techniques and products.
- Knowledge of and adherence to medical ethics and confidentiality standards.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- 2 years experience in aesthetics/injecting.
- 2 years experience administering wrinkle reducer and filler.
- Knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques.
- Long periods of standing and/or sitting.
- Certification or training in aesthetic/cosmetic nursing.
- Experience in administering lip injections and other cosmetic procedures.
- Confident in communicating skincare and wellness plans with patients from a consultative approach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
